1 overview
CA-7203 Intelligent temperature and humidity controller is mainly used for power equipment (Such as outdoor terminal box, high and low voltage control cabinet, box-type substation, the breaker box, meter box etc. ) And other except moisture, prevent dewing, automatically control temperature can effectively prevent because of damp, condensation, the temperature too high (low) as a result of accidents, ensure efficient and safe operation of the automatic operation.

Load startup conditions
 Co1: temperature start value,    Co2: temperature stop value.
 Ho1: humidity start value,        Ho2: humidity stop value.
Temperature start :
 Co1 < Co2 (heating) :
The heater start conditions: temperature < Co1
                    The heater stop conditions: ambient temperature > Co2
 Co1 > Co2 (cooling) :
The fan start conditions: ambient temperature > Co1
                    The fan stop conditions: temperature < Co2
Humidity start :
 Ho1 < Ho2 (wet) :
          humidity load startup conditions: environment humidity < Ho1
          humidity load exit criteria: environment humidity > Ho2
 Ho1 > Ho2 (dehumidification) :
          humidity load startup conditions: environment humidity > Ho1
          humidity load conditions precedent: environmental humidity < Ho2
Lamp:    
   "OUT1" indicator light  --->  temperature load output indicator light
   "OUT2" indicator light  --->  humidity load output indicator
The factory initialization: Co1 = 5 ℃; Co2 = 15 ℃; Ho1 = 85%; Ho2 = 75%.

3 Parameter Settings
Press set button to enter setting:
When the digital tube display Co1, start set temperature value:
Scope: 1 ℃ ~ 120 ℃
When the digital tube display Co2, set temperature exit value;
Scope: 1 ℃ ~ 120 ℃
When the digital tube display Ho1, set start humidity value;
Scope: 1% ~ 99%
When the digital tube display Ho2, set humidity exit value.
Scope: 1% ~ 99%
Manual start: press hand/auto, manual indicator, manually start the two load; Press the hand/auto key again, lights out manually, restore to state automatically.
 
4 Installation and connection mode
On the install panel issued 67+0.5mm×67+0.5mm hole, through the mounting bracket will monitor is fixed on the front panel.

Note:
The rated load of the active control of the output relay contacts 3A AC220V (Resistive load). If need higher rated load, u can use AC220V Auxiliary relay  to the corresponding load position for realize power extension.
